Banking and Finance

Law Firm has great experience in advising banks and financial institutions, including foreign lending organizations regarding lending and financing the Ukrainian enterprises, in particular our lawyers advised Deutsche Bank AG as lead arranger and coordinator of a US$230 million loan to iron ore producer Ferrexpo plc. Advised ABN AMRO in syndicated loans to a Ukrainian industrial group.

In the area of corporate finance the firm advised a Ukrainian fuel energy group in connection with the issuance of Eurobonds, as well as Ukrainian commercial bank in connection with the issuance of loan participation notes. In particular, in May 2010 our firm advised DTEK Company with respect to a new issue of 9.5 % senior notes amounting to 500 mln. USD. ING Bank N.V. (ING), the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. (RBS) and Erste Group Bank AG managed the deal. The bookrunning was arranged by ING and RBS.

Corporate Law
